At Servis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or you've changed your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
